Foodie Night: Cochon

We escaped the rain and ducked into the famous and historic Old Absinthe House for a couple of hours. After avoiding an actual absinthe cocktail at all costs, sipping on beer instead, and engorging our lungs with nicotine, it was officially time to retire doing what southerners do at the local pub and head to nicer surroundings. My definition of a great city is where one can leave a fantastic shithole and walk into a dignified establishment like it was routine. So, off we went to Cochon.

Cochon New Orleans Menu

Cochon was a great combination of trendy and mellow, and the menu made it challenging to choose just a few items. After much contemplation, we made a decision.
